Steve Hyde, President and Chief Executive Officer

Steve Hyde is the President and CEO of ProSource Industries, Inc. which he co-founded in May of 1990. Thru the years, Steve and ProSource Industries have become well known industry leaders with recognition both on a national and international basis in the highly technical field of contract manufacturing for all types of electrical wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies and control panels.

Steve is a decorated Vietnam Era Navy Veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman, Pharmacy Technician and Drug & Alcohol Rehab Councilor with the 3rd Marine Division. Steve is proud to be a native Texan and still lives in Colleyville, Texas with his family.

Tim Hissam, V.P. of Operations

Our V.P. of Operations, Tim Hissam, has been with ProSource Industries for seven years. He and his team have established a process based manufacturing plant by using lean manufacturing concepts modeled after DFT (Demand Flow Technologies), which has enabled higher production efficiencies allowing us to compete with China and Mexico. He is currently heading up the AS9100C Management System Integration. This integration will open up opportunities to manufacture wire and cables assemblies for the prime contractors in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense markets. Tim Hissam has also completed many industry related courses such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training, Demand Flow Technologies Training and has been a certified Trainer for WHMA-A-620.

Huy Nguyen, Operation Manager

Huy Nguyen has been with ProSource Industries for 13 years and has worn many hats for the company. He started as an assembler in production during March of 1998, and has since worked his way up as Machine Operator, Team Leader, and Technical Assistant. Huy’s completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering in 2004 led him to the Technical Project Manager position, as well as his current position as Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Huy is a staple at ProSource Industries, and has developed many relationships with customers by providing design and engineering guidance. As a bilingual (Vietnamese and English) Manager, Huy has the ability to communicate with foreign employees as well as foreign vendors and customers.

Kerry Maddocks, Senior Account Executive

Kerry has over 30 years experience within the electronics manufacturing industry, 22 of which included leadership roles for various companies. As a Senior Account Executive for ProSource Industries, Kerry has spent the last 6 years managing multiple key accounts by developing strong relationships with his customers. Kerry has a talent for solving customer problems and works closely with design and engineering groups to get the customer a total solution to all of their needs.

Lazayrius Black, Assistant Operations Manager

Lazayrius Black is currently the Quality Management Representative. He is responsible for the maintenance of ProSource Industries Quality Management System. Lazayrius is accountable for creating and conducting our Operations Review meetings, also known as Management Review meetings. He compiles the data from the ProSource Industries measurable objectives, internal audits, customer returns, supplier ratings, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for improvements. He then analyzes the key quality characteristics to put measures in place using corrective and preventive actions to enhance our customer satisfaction, and continually improve the ProSource Industries Quality Management System. His ability to take on additional responsibilities has allowed him to advance from Quality Inspector to the Quality Management Representative in a short period of time.

Kim Nguyen, PHR, Human Resources & Accounting Manager

Kim started at ProSource eight years ago as a receptionist and worked her way up in the Accounting and Human Resources Departments. In 2011, Kim was promoted to the role of HR & Accounting Manager. Kim’s vast experience working for small businesses to large corporations has allowed her to excel here at ProSource. Kim received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2007, and obtained her PHR (Professional in Human Resources Management) Certification in 2011. She is also a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management). At ProSource, Kim is responsible for all the HR functions and manages the day to day activities in Accounting. She has ability to communicate well with employees and establish good rapport while developing strong working relationships.

Sarah Fredella, Account Executive

Sarah is the newest member of the ProSource Industries’ Sales Team after starting in the fall of 2011. As an Account Executive, Sarah possesses the product knowledge and customer service skills to provide her customers with the solutions to all of their needs. Sarah received her Associate in Arts degree in 2010, and has multiple years of outside sales experience in industries varying from Insurance to metal fabrication. The knowledge she gained while co-founding an art oriented metal fabrication business has been instrumental in her success here at ProSource. Sarah’s passed experience has allowed her to take on multiple projects at any given time and excel in each one. Sarah enjoys being out in the community as well and is actively involved in the GSWIDA (Great Southwest Industrial District Association), and the March of Dimes, where she has served as a team leader for three years.
