PANEL BUILDER
Use Panel Builder to map out the components you want to include in your panels. It will route the wires in the most efficient manner possible.
ZUKEN E3V FILES
Submit the wire files to ProSource and we will upload them directly to our machines. This allows easy communication of changes rather than hand measuring the lengths. And compiling BOM's.
OMEGA 740 & 750
Uploads the e3v files with all the wires and terminals. Including lengths and wire styles/gauges. These programs are saved and easy to recall.
OMEGA CAPABILITIES
Loads up to 35 wires per machine, cuts, strips, and inkjets on the wire, terminates the ends, and plugs wires into the connectors. It can also bundle at the end if sequence is important to you. Crimp force and blade continuity detections are included, as well as insertion and pull-force parameters.

With over 30 years of experience, ProSource has seen virtually every version of wire and cable assembly, from simple high-volume jumpers to massively complex cable assemblies. Our automated machinery helps us stay competitive and hit unrealistic lead times.
Power & Battery Cables
Every strand counts. We have precision stripping equipment to make sure the strands are not nicked, cut or compromised. Every Lug is installed using high powered UL approved compression systems. The last thing you want is a battery cable exploding, causing costly and unsafe conditions
Electrical Enclosures
We meet you where you are. Sometimes our customers want a portion of the assembly completed, and others want a total turnkey panel to show up at their door. Either way, our supply chain is well established and keeps lead times and project costs down!
