PANEL BUILDER

Use Panel Builder to map out the components you want to include in your panels. It will route the wires in the most efficient manner possible.

ZUKEN E3V FILES

Submit the wire files to ProSource and we will upload them directly to our machines. This allows easy communication of changes rather than hand measuring the lengths. And compiling BOM's.

OMEGA 740 & 750

Uploads the e3v files with all the wires and terminals. Including lengths and wire styles/gauges. These programs are saved and easy to recall.

OMEGA CAPABILITIES

Loads up to 35 wires per machine, cuts, strips, and inkjets on the wire, terminates the ends, and plugs wires into the connectors. It can also bundle at the end if sequence is important to you. Crimp force and blade continuity detections are included, as well as insertion and pull-force parameters.
